Network Real Estate is excited to announce that Susan Arnold has joined the Grass Valley office. Susan comes to Network with in-depth knowledge about the Sierra Foothills and a friendly, easy going personality. Her positive attitude and ready smile make her a welcomed addition.
Susan moved to Nevada County in 1996, drawn to the area because of its small town feel and affordability. A graduate from Washington State University with a BA in Sociology and studies in Interior Design and Architecture, Susan worked as a tour guide for a Napa winery and later as a flight attendant for 17 years. Her father had been a real estate investor and developer, giving Susan a glimpse into the housing industry before she obtained her own real estate license.
Susan says, “I like meeting new people, finding out what’s important to them and learning about what they value.” Helping her clients realize their real estate dreams is of the utmost importance to Susan. Her motto is the tried and true “Do unto others as you would have them do to you.” Those who know Susan can attest that she lives this daily, treating clients and colleagues with kindness and respect.
Her love for Nevada County becomes apparent when asked what she enjoys about the area. Like most, she appreciates the surrounding beauty of the Sierra Foothills and likes hanging out at the Yuba River, and hiking local trails. She fills her free time with her husband of 25 years, their three children, two dogs, two cats and a turtle named Franklin.
As a locally owned real estate brokerage in Nevada County since 1982, Network Real Estate takes pride in having the most knowledgeable, professional agents. Susan Arnold is no exception.
